Myra Miller started dancing at the Lillian McNeil School of Dance, Glasgow. Her teachers being Elspeth Strathearn – Highland, Nancy Moore – Stage and Lillian McNeil – Ballet.
After taking qualifications with the SDTA and BATD Myra taught at the Lillian McNeil School for four years before opening her own classes in East Kilbride.
For the past thirty years her pupils have competed successfully in the UK, Canada and the USA.
Myra represents the Alliance on the SOBHD Technical Committee and was recently elected to the Judges Committee. She is also the S O B H D Delegate for the Caledonian Club of San Francisco’s.
